Happy Easter friends! I know I’ve done Easter Egg Nests before but you see, these ones are a tiny bit different because I used Shredded Wheat instead of Cornflakes and because I think they look so pretty I really wanted to share them with you.

Ingredients:
♥ 6 pieces of Shredded Wheat
♥ 300g of milk chocolate
♥ A bag of mini eggs or micro eggs

Method: Makes 12
1) Crumble up the Shredded Wheat in to a bowl
2) Melt the chocolate – either in the microwave or over a pan of gently simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water).
3) Once the chocolate is melted, pour the Shredded Wheat in to the chocolate (it’s easier this way around) and mix thoroughly until the Shredded Wheat is fully coated in chocolate
4) Put dessert spoonfuls in to 12 prepared cupcake cases and top with as many mini/micro eggs as you like.
5) Leave to set then enjoy with a cuppa!
