These are some of the best cookies I’ve ever made. They’re a chocoholic’s dream! (perfect for me!)
Here’s what you need:

Recipe:
• 225g of butter
• 350g of sugar
• 2 eggs
• A dash of vanilla
• 100g of milk chocolate – chunks
• 100g of white chocolate – chunks
• 375g of plain flour
• 25g of cocoa powder

– You can replace any of the milk/white chocolate with dark chocolate if you’d prefer
– Plus 100g of white chocolate to drizzle if you want to

Method:
• Pre-heat the oven 180°C/170°Fan/Gas 3
• Lightly greased 3-4 baking trays
1) Put the butter and sugar together in to a mixing bowl and stir together until light and fluffy. Put in a your vanilla here.
2) Add 1 egg at a time – mixing well.
3) Then add the chocolate chunks, stir to evenly distribute
4) Sieve in the flour and cocoa, fold gently until the mixture comes together and is well mixed
5) Put heaped teaspoonfuls on to your prepared baking trays, leaving a gap between each one to allow for spreading.
6) Bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly firm to touch
7) When they’re cool, melt the 100g of white chocolate and drizzle over each cookie

Enjoy! They’re so good!
