Blueberry Jam

So, a very simple but oh so scrumptious Blueberry Jam recipe for you all. It literally takes about 30 minutes from start to finish which I think is awesome. If you have some left over blueberries or just buy in some blueberries especially, this jam is something I definitely recommend trying so here’s all you need to create this jar of deliciousness…

♥This quantity will only make 1 regular sized jar but you could make 2 little ones if you’d prefer.

Ingredients:
400g of blueberries
50ml of water
210g of sugar

Method:
1) Place the blueberries in a pan with the water and bring to the boil – turn down at this point and simmer for 10 minutes.
2) Add the sugar and stir until all the sugar is dissolved. Bring to the boil and boil for 10 minutes – stirring occasionally.
3) Pour the jam in to a sterilized jar(s) and put to lid on straight away. Leave to cool.

♥ Be sure you don’t waste any and if you’ve a teeeeny bit that won’t fit in the jar, just have a slice of toast or a piece of bread with it on – a good way to test it before you share it!
