Super quick, super easy – I know I’m a little late in the day with an Easter recipe but if you have any left over Mini Eggs ( yeah…right..okay?!) then you could whip these up in about 10 minutes and they look so good and taste so yummy!
All you need is:
100g of milk chocolate
A really good shake of Corn Flakes or Rice Crispies – I should have measured how many I
used but I just went for it.
A bag or 2 of Mini Eggs or another chocolate/sweet decoration of your choice.
Method: Makes 12
1) Break the chocolate in to pieces and melt either in the microwave or in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water – make sure the bowl isn’t touching the water.
2) Place Corn Flakes or Rice Crispies in to a separate bowl and once the chocolate has melted pour all over your cereal of choice and stir it super well until the chocolate covers everything nicely.
3) Using a dessert spoon, spoon the mixture a little at a time in to cupcakes cases. Place as many Mini Eggs as you like on to each nest and leave to set.
Tada! Happy Easter my friends, I hope it’s a blessed time for you all ♥
