
All you need is:
1 egg white
60g of sugar
Method:
Preheat the oven to 120°C/ Gas mark 1/2
1) Whisk the egg white until soft peaks form when the whisk is removed.
2) Add the sugar a little at a time, whisking all the time until it’s fully combined.
3) You can either pipe the mix or put spoonfuls on to a lined baking tray.
4) Bake for 45 – 60 minutes. The outside should be crisp to touch.
